Operating Hours

Semester Hours: During the academic semester, the GBIT Service Desk operates as follows: These hours apply when classes are in session:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Break Hours: During winter, spring, and summer breaks, the GBIT Service Desk operates on a modified schedule: These hours apply during university breaks when classes are not in session:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Please be aware that our hours may change during specific holidays or special events. For the most up-to-date information, contact us directly.

Location

We are located in Instructional Services (IS) 1150, down the long hallway when entering the dining area by the Garden Café. We are also across the hall from campus police and down the hall from the General Access Computer (GAC) Lab. For specific directions, please follow this link: GBIT Hours and Location
