Campus Email - Resetting Student Org Emails

Summary

This document details how to reset emails for student organizations.

Body

  1. Can be reset by Stephanie Kaponya or two students with access to the stsofa@uwgb.edu email. The two students who hold the positions are in tickets from Stephanie. Certain higher-tier students also have access to a list updated weekly of student orgs and the officers for each org.
  2. SIS verify the students if they call in.
  3. Reset the org password to the default one and tell the user about the password change.
