How to Submit a Project Request from the "Not Submitted" state

If a Project Request is originally saved but not fully submitted, the project requestor will need to go into the request and finish submitting the project.

  1. Start by viewing your project requests here: https://servicedesk.uwgb.edu/TDClient/33/Portal/Requests/ProjectRequests/Index
  2. Select the title of the Project that is in the "Not Submitted" state. (Unsumbitted Project Example in the below screenshot)

  1. Add any necessary files to your Project Request, then select the "Mark Complete and Submit" button as shown below

  1. If you had no files to add, you will see a warning message. Select "Mark Complete and Submit" again to move forward.

  1. You will see a message letting you know your project was successfully submitted.
