Saving PowerPoint to PDF without Using Print Feature

Summary

This document details how to save a PowerPoint as a PDF that has six slides on each page without using Print.

Body

1. Select "File."

2. Select "Save as."

3. Create or confirm your title and change the file type to PDF.

4. Select "Options."

5. From within Options:

        1. Change Publish what: to "Handouts."

        2. Choose the number of Slides per page: you want. 

        3. Select "Okay."

6. Wait for the file to load. This is what the finished product will look like:
