This document details a few features new to PowerPoint within Office 365.

Insert Photos

To insert stock photos, photos from your device, photos from OneDrive, or photos from a Bing search.

1. In a presentation:

        1. Select "Insert."

        2.  Select "Pictures."

2. Select an insert image option from the menu.


Designer

Designer is a feature of PowerPoint that uses AI to design one's PowerPoint slides.

1. In a presentation:

        1. Select "Design."

        2. Select "Designer."

2. Design your slides using the options presented

***NOTE: You must be connected to the internet to use Designer.***


Presenter Coach

Presenter Coach uses AI to analyze your presenting through tracking your speech patterns, use of filler words, and whether you read too much from the slides.

1. In a presentation:

        1. Select "Slide Show."

        2. Select "Rehearse with Coach."

Subtitles

1. In a presentation:

        1. Select "Slide Show."

        2. Select "Always Use Subtitles."

2. Here, you can choose from the present options regarding language for the both spoken and subtitles. You can also choose where the subtitles are placed.
