Campus Email - Major and Minor Distribution Lists

Summary

This document talks about Major and Minor Distribution Lists

Body

In addition to course distribution lists, email distribution lists are created for majors and minors in each program of study.  Any student who is currently enrolled and has declared a major or minor in their academic plan or, if they haven’t officially declared, has indicated a program of study on their application will be included in the corresponding list. All faculty and staff are able to send messages to any of these lists; however, students cannot post messages to these lists.

You will see these major/minor lists in the Outlook Global Address Book with the abbreviated program name followed by - MIN or -MAJ.  For example, THEATRE-MAJ or THEATRE-MIN.  Major and minor lists ending in -PRE are available for Pre-Professional programs of study, and lists ending in -PRP are available for Prep programs of study for a particular major.  (Note that many of the lists for PRP programs begin with P_ and Master program lists begin with MS).  If a particular list is not found in the Outlook Global Address Book, no students have declared that program of study.

Any inaccuracies in these lists should be reported to the Registrar's office at (920) 465-2657.
