Dynamic Forms - Troubleshooting Problems

This document details common problems and their solutions for Dynamic Forms.

Body

  • The number one problem is user error. Generally if someone is having a having problem getting into dynamic forms it's because they are entering in their information in incorrectly.
  • Clearing the browser cache has proven to fix many problems.
  • Try a different internet browser.
  • Occasionally someone will try to access dynamic forms from their workplace. Sometimes their workplace network security will prevent them from accessing the form. Have them try at home or on the campus network.
  • Active students that can't login and used the create an account feature with there UW-Green Bay email have their accounts locked. Direct those students to Maya Boren at borenm@uwgb.edu  so they can merge that account with the preexisting UW-Green Bay account.
