Account Extension Request

Get contact information for the student (name and personal phone number or email address) and an email message on their behalf from faculty. Create a work order with the above information and assign to system admins.

***NOTE: Refer active duty military students asking for an account extension to Elaina Koltz in the Registrar’s office.***
