This article compares the AI tools available at UW-Green Bay: ChatGPT Business, Claude Team, Gemini for Education, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, and Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Platform). Note: Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and Gemini for Education are currently available at no cost to all UW-Green Bay accounts at office.com/chat and gemini.google.com, respectively. If you would like to request a license for Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Business, or Claude Team, please complete the AI License Request form. Students are not eligible for paid licenses.

Important: Any AI tool not approved by GBIT / UWGB (ex: ChatGPT Personal, Gemini Personal, Claude Personal) must not be used with university data or in the conduct of university work.
