Description

UW–Green Bay employees can request access to AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Business, or Claude Team through the AI License Request – Individual service. This form should be used to request a new license or renew an existing one.

Submit a Request

Go to the AI License Request – Individual service page

Review eligibility, funding options, and supervisor approval requirements before submitting your request.

Important Notes

  • All UW–Green Bay employees have free access to Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and Google Gemini. Try these options before submitting a paid license request.
  • Only active UW–Green Bay employees are eligible for license requests.
  • Students and external users are not eligible for AI licenses.
  • Supervisor approval is required for all license requests.
