Description

Faculty and staff can request access to AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or ChatGPT Business through the AI License Request – Individual service. This form should be used to request a new license or renew an existing one.

Go to the AI License Request – Individual service page to review eligibility, funding options, and supervisor approval requirements before submitting your request.

Important Notes

  • All UW-Green Bay faculty and staff have free access to Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Try this option before submitting a paid license request.
  • Only active UW-Green Bay employees are eligible for license requests.
  • Students and external users are not eligible for AI licenses.
  • Supervisor approval is required for all license requests.
