Kaltura - Using the Webcam Recorder

This article describes how to use the browser-based Webcam Recorder in Kaltura My Media to make short video recordings.

The Kaltura Webcam Recorder can be used to make short video recordings using your computer's webcam and microphone. It runs in the browser and does not require you to download or install an app. Because it is browser based, it is less stable when making long recordings and only recommended for making recordings that are less than 5-minutes long. For the best results with longer recordings, please use the Kaltura Capture Desktop Recorder.

You can access the Webcam Recorder by navigating to your Kaltura My Media library selecting Add New > Webcam Recorder.
