Outlook - Adding Emails to Safe Senders List

This document details how to manage the emails in the Safe Senders list in Outlook.

Body

For Outlook Classic:

1. To access your junk mail do the following:

        1. Start on the Home tab.

        2. Select "..."

2. After selecting "..." do the following within the pop-up:

        1. Under Move & Delete, select "Block."

        2. Select "Junk E-mail Options...".

  

 

3. Navigate to "Safe Senders."

 

4. Underneath the Safe Senders tab, do the following:

        1. Select "Add."

        2. Enter the email address to be added to the list.

        3. Select "OK."

For Outlook New:

  1. On the tool bar Select Quick Steps.

 

 

2. After clicking on Quick Steps, click on Junk Mail. 

 

 

3. Under Junk Mail, scroll down and click on "Add safe sender"

 

 

  4. Once you click on Add safe sender, another bar will show up.

  5. In that bar, enter the email address to be added to the list, then click ok.
