This document details how to print from Adobe Acrobat to a Ricoh printer.

Printing from Acrobat

1. After opening a PDF, select "File" then "Print" in the upper-left corner of your screen

NOTE: The QuickPrint icon will not work unless presets have been made

Select Print

2. Select your Printer

        a. If you are not using an MFP/Copy/Scan Printer, select your printer and print as normal - the steps after this will not apply

        b. If you are using an MFP/Copy/Scan Printer, select "Printer..." in the lower-left corner of the page - then, go to Step 3

3. On the warning message pop up, select the check mark next to "Do not show this message again" then "Yes"

Select Yes

4. Next to Presets, select the Printing Preset that contains your Job Code - if it is already selected, re-select it

        a. If you do not have a Job Code, visit this KB: Mac - Entering a User Code for a Ricoh Printer and Hold Print

        b. If you don't know what your Job Code is, contact your department ADA.

Select Preset

5. After selecting your Printing Preset, select "Print"
