Step 1: Sign into Webex. In the top-left corner, click on your profile icon and select Settings.
Step 2: In the Settings menu, choose Notifications, then click on Calls.
Step 3: Under Calls, find Direct Calls Ringtone. Click on it to open a dropdown menu.
Step 4: To preview a ringtone, select one from the dropdown menu. The ringtone will automatically play.
Step 5: Once you find a ringtone you like, click Save to set it as your ringtone for direct calls.
