Print Refunds Policy

UW-Green Bay's Printing Refund Policy

Printing refunds are only issued when a problem has occurred with the printer resulting in a damaged print job. Examples include a printer jam, smearing, ripping, etc. Refunds are NOT available for misprints, accidental amount of copies, document typos, etc. Money will be refunded to your account once the refund is fully processed by our service desk.

How to Start Processing a Refund

  1. Take a screenshot of your print job activity in PaperCut.
  2. Bring your faulty print job to the GBIT Service Desk.
  3. The Service Desk will open a Service Desk ticket for the print job which will begin the process of a monetary refund for the damage.
