During our transition from UKnowIT to TeamDynamix (TDX), some knowledge base articles may not have been moved yet. If you cannot find the information you are looking for in TDX, you can still access the old knowledge base.

Why You Might Need the Legacy Knowledge Base

Unmigrated Articles

Some articles might still be in the process of being transferred from UKnowIT to TDX. During this period, the UKnowIT knowledge base will continue to host these articles.

Updated Articles in UKnowIT

Articles that have been moved to TDX will have links in UKnowIT directing you to their new location in TDX.
