Creating Labels

***NOTE: Labels do not get moved when moving tasks from one board to another. The best way to do this to create labels on the new board that are the same as the labels on the old board.***

1. Make any task on the new board and open it. Select "Add label."

2. Choose any color and select the pencil icon next to it.

3. In the box that shows up, enter the name that you want the label to be and select "Enter."

Creating Buckets

***NOTE: Before moving tasks, it's best to make sure the bucket names are the same in your new planner board.***

1. Open you new planner board.

2. The "To-Do" bucket is there by default. To rename this, select "To do" and it will being up a text box to rename it.

3. To add a new bucket, select "Add new bucket" to make a new column.


Moving Planner Tasks

1. Open the old planner board that you want to move items from.

2. Navigate to the task you want to move, then:

        1. Select the three dots on the top right.

        2. Select "Move Task."

3. On the screen that shows up, select the first drop-down and select what planner you want to move to. The planners for the new teams are called "Planner (ATS), Planner (TSS)," etc.

4. The second drop-down, select what bucket you want it moved to. It's the best to move tasks one bucket at a time.

***NOTE: The  bucket names in the drop-down will only show the buckets that are on the original site you are moving tasks from. They will not show the bucket names of the site you are moving the tasks to. This is why it's important to make the bucket names on the old site match the bucket names on the new site before you move your tasks over.***

5. Once you have both drop-downs selected select "Move."

6. The planner task will then be moved to the new site.
