Accessing Workday

Beginning July 7th, 2025 UW-Green Bay along with the rest of the Universities of Wisconsin will be transitioning from several platforms including HRS, SFS, and others to Workday. For security reasons, always log in through the official UW Workday portal instead of following email links. You can find the official UW Workday portal link by visiting myapps.uwgb.edu.

Accessing Workday

  1. From a web browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) visit myapps.uwgb.edu
  2. Enter in your UWGB username

  3. Enter in your UWGB password

  4. Complete the Okta MFA verification

  5. Workday will be listed as a tile on the My Apps Dashboard
