How to Install the Workday Mobile App

Installing Workday on Campus-Owned Devices

NOTE: The Workday app is automatically pushed to Facilities iPads and iPhones.

If you do not see the Workday app, follow the steps below to install it using Self Service:

1. Open the Self Service app on your iPad or iPhone.

1. Under Applications, locate Workday and tap Install.

Installing Workday on Personal Devices

Apple Devices

You can find the Workday app by searching for “Workday” in the App Store. Or, download it directly from the official app store page:

Android Devices

You can search for “Workday” in the Google Play Store. Or, download it directly from the official store page:

Signing into the Workday Mobile App

1. Open the Workday app on your device.
2. When prompted for Your Organization ID, enter wisconsin (all lowercase).

3. Select UW-Green Bay from the list of universities.

4. On the single sign-on page, enter your UWGB username and password, then select Sign In.
5. (Optional) Set up authentication using your device’s Face ID, Touch ID, or Facial Recognition features for easier future access.
