Computer Move Request

Description of Service:

This service allows UWGB departments, faculty, or staff members to request a move for a UWGB computer and/or computer peripheral device from one location to another.

Request Guidelines:

  • Computer Device Move Form: Please fill out the following information when requesting a computer device move:

    • Requester: Your name and contact information.

    • Who it's for: Specify the individual needing the move.

    • What room the device(s) currently are in: Provide the room number where the devices currently are.

    • What room the device(s) are moving to: Prove the room number where the devices are being moved to.

    • When does the move need to be completed by: Provide the date you would like the move to be completed by.

    • Is there anything else we need to know before doing the move: Provide any supplemental information related to the move that is not asked about in previous questions.

Available To:

  • UWGB Departments, Faculty, and Staff

Procedure:

  • Submit a move request via the online form.
  • The Dispatch team will review the request and confirm availability.
  • Dispatch will arrive at the scheduled time and move devices.
