Beyond Trust - Connecting as a Customer (Windows)

***NOTE: You must be sent an invitation from the Service Desk so, if you require this type of support, please call (920) 465-2309 or email gbit@uwgb.edu.***

1. Navigate to remotesupport.uwgb.edu.

2. Select the name of the representative you are talking to, or enter the support key that the Service Desk provided you.

3. Once you select  a name or enter a support key, you will be asked to verify if you want to start a support session. Select "Yes" to continue.

Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)4. The download will start once you select "Yes" and you will be brought to this screen. Wait for the download to complete.

5. Once the download is finished, select it to run the application.

6. Wait a few moments for the session to connect and for the Service Desk to accept the support session.

7. After the session is over, you will see this screen:

8. Select "OK" and the Service Desk will no longer have remote access to your computer.
