Connecting to a Remote Mac
1. Open the Beyond Trust Representative Console.
2. Navigate to the Jump Group called "Macs."
3. Search for a computer name you want to connect to.
4. Select the computer you want and select "Jump."
5. Select "Screen Sharing."
6. At this point it should connect to the Mac and you should have full control. However, if this is the first time we have ever connected to this Mac, then we may need to walk the End User through how to enable Access for the program. Please see KB .
