Description of Service:
Requesting access to a shared email inbox allows staff and students to manage and respond to emails sent to a common email address. This is useful for departments, teams, or any group needing collective email management.
NOTE: Approval from your supervisor is required to process the access request.

Steps to Request Access:
- Fill out the form with your information and the shared email inbox details.
- Your supervisor must confirm and approve your request.
- Once supervisor approval is received, GBIT will process the request and grant access.
