Description of Service:

Requesting access to a shared email inbox allows staff and students to manage and respond to emails sent to a common email address. This is useful for departments, teams, or any group needing collective email management.

NOTE: Approval from your supervisor is required to process the access request.

Shared Email Information

  • Name of the Shared Email Inbox

Supervisor Approval

  • Supervisor's Email Address

Steps to Request Access:

  1. Fill out the form with your information and the shared email inbox details.
  2. Your supervisor must confirm and approve your request.
  3. Once supervisor approval is received, GBIT will process the request and grant access.
