New Employee Account Setup

Description of Service:

When a new hire starts at the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, IT services need to be set up to ensure a smooth onboarding process. This service request allows departments to request necessary IT services for new employees, including network accounts, email addresses, access to systems, and more.

NOTE: Supervisors must submit the request for new employee setup.

Request Guidelines:

To complete this service request, please provide all required information about the new employee. This includes anticipated start date, department details, office location, and any specific access needs.

Procedure:

  1. Submit the completed New Employee Account Setup form.
  2. The GBIT Service Desk will review the request and set up the required services.
  3. Confirmation will be sent once the setup is complete.
