AI Compute Server - Internal User Access Request

Description of Service

This service allows users to request access to the University’s internal AI compute servers. These servers support authorized users who need direct compute access for AI-related teaching, research, or administrative projects.

Before You Begin

  • You must have a valid AI-related business or academic purpose that aligns with University policy.
  • All users are required to sign the UW-Green Bay AI Compute Servers - Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) before access is provisioned. You will be sent a DocuSign link if you are approved as a user.
  • Requests are reviewed by the AI Specialist and approved on a case-by-case basis.

What Happens After You Submit
