Description of Service

This service allows users to report issues with different types of network connections available at the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. The service is divided into three main offerings:

  1. Wired Network (Ethernet)
  2. Wireless Network (WiFi)
  3. IoT Network (Dorm/Resident Network)

Please provide detailed information about the issue, including the following details:

  • Description of what is wrong
  • Your location
  • When the issue started happening
  • Device brand and model (if applicable)
  • MAC address (if applicable)
  • Any other relevant information
