Lab Mod Requests

When submitting a lab mod that requests computers, monitors, docks, tablets, and other peripherals, IT must be notified. All quotes for these devices must be from GBIT. Any quotes or devices acquired without IT will be VOID or subject to being returned to the vendor. 

You will need to fill out the form on this page to have a lab mod request considered. 

Please note, computers purchased by Lab Mod will have a yearly Subscription Fee assessed to the department that requested the devices.
