If you are experiencing issues with Outlook or email, you can request assistance from the GBIT Service Desk. Common issues include difficulty sending or receiving emails, problems with email attachments, and configuration issues.
Procedure:
- Fill out the service request form with a detailed description of your Outlook/email issue.
- Attach any relevant screenshots or files.
- Submit the request.
- A GBIT technician will review your request and contact you if further information is needed.
